Advantage
1. Automatically bundling nylon cable ties T25120 after treading the foot pedal.
2. The bundle speed is 1.0S when you use our cable tie gun. If worker picks the item up and place it in the middle of jaws, it would take about 1.5Seconds. Then it can bundle 1440pcs cable tie in a hour. And a worker picks single cable tie up, wrap, pull and tighten, and cut off, that would take about 6seconds or even more. He/she can bundle 600pcs. It is very slowly.
3. The bundle forces are adjustable. The max bundle force is 8kg. If the force can meet your require, it is should be smaller and better.
4. Cable tie gun can be fixed anywhere that you want. And Operator’s hands are free.
5. The machine is able to handle the work pieces with step feature.

SWT25120F is an automatic cable tie machine with fixed cable tie gun.
